AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have been using 888poker for about 3 years and I had no problems depositing or withdrawing my money. I logged in on Tuesday and for seemingly no reason they're asking me to verify my identity again even though I did this when I signed up. I submitted the documents immediately and it says they aim to verify within 24 hours but 3 days later it says my verification is pending. They do not respond to emails and the advice is to use their live chat feature to speak to an agent but it doesn't exist. The instruction says to click 'Help Centre' in the user menu but that option isn't there. I will be withdrawing my money as soon as I can get back into my account and I won't be using this site any more. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
